Putem trai fara pasiuni?
Vine o perioada in care trebuie sa inveti sa te impaci cu ceea ce ai, in care trebuie sa accepti faptul ca mai bine nu se poate. Daca atunci ai norocul sa ai multe indatoriri, sa existe lucruri a caror bunastare sa depinda de tine, este foarte bine pentru ca vei fi ocupata fara a trebui sa iti pui prea multe probleme. Astfel de intrebari privind rostul parasirii patului dimineata, repetarii la nesfarsit a acelorasi gesturi la serviciu si chiar al intalnirii zide zi a acelorasi persoane nu au nici un rost. E greu de crezut ca plictiseala te poate face sa ai forta de a reinvata sa iubesti viata. De fapt ce era nou inainte ? Ce s-a schimbat ? In primul rand a disparut speranta, increderea ca lumea mai are inca multe lucruri minunate sa iti dezvaluie. Dar noutatea nu poate apartea decat daca esti deschis spre a experimenta lucruri noi. Daca privesti cu lehamite tot ceea ce te inconjoara atunci nu vei crea posibilitatea de a ti se intampla ceva nou.
Cei care au o familie sunt permanent preocupati de intretinerea ei � isi fac griji daca le ajung banii, se lupta ca sa aiba o casa cat mai frumoasa, sunt preocupati de sanatatea si educatia copiilor lor. Asta este suficient ca sa umple zi de zi intreg timpul. Ei se plang ca nu au timp pentru ei, ca au ajuns sa se neglijeze. In parte este adevarat, cel mai adesea nu mai ai nici banii si nici timpul necesar ca sa petreci cate 4 ore la cosmetica, nu mai poti iesi pe terase si uneori nici macar nu poti sta linistita la televizor pentru a urmari emisiunea favorita. In schimb clipele lor sunt in permanenta pline cu sperante si vise pe care si le fac, nu au momente de deruta in care totul pare lipsit de sens.
Daca insa nu ai astfel de responsabilitati, daca serviciul nu te solicita pana la epuizare (si ar fi bine sa nu se intample asa intrucat pentru a avea randament ai nevoie si de pauze), ai nevoie de ceva care sa iti umple timpul liber, sa il transforme dintr-o scurgere de momente fara semnificatie intr-o degustare epicureica a ceea ce iti face placere, deci de o pasiune. Pasiunile pot fi de multiple feluri, totul este sa gasesti ceea ce te inspira � poti creste un caine, poti face mancaruri elaborate si sa joci rolul amfitrioanei perfecte, poti picta, canta la un instrument, face fotografii (pasiunile artistice necesita insa un pic de talent pentru a nu sucomba frustrat dupa ce omuletul de pe hartie orice ai face nu devine mai elaborat decat cele 5 linii trase in clasa a 2-a.) O astfel de preocupare iti poate recrea energia pe care crezi ca ai pierdut-o, iti poate imbogati viata prin victoriile pe care le obtii � daca iti place sa innoti, faptul ca ai invatat sa sari la trambulina cum spatele poate reprezenta o sursa de bucurie pentru multa vreme. Pasiunile, prin caracterul lor de a nu constitui o necesitate, ci o activitate pe care o intreprinzi pentru ca tie iti face placere, au marele avantaj de a creste increderea pe care o ai in fortele proprii. Aici nu exista posibilitatea de a gresi, nimeni nu va sta sa iti masoare performanetele (si chiar daca o face nu are de ce sa te deranjeze � fiindca un hobby presupune amatorism).
O pasiune inseamna si o sansa de a cunoaste oameni din alt cerc decat cel in care te-a adus serviciul sau scoala. Dupa un timp vrei sa faci cu altii schimb de experienta. Nu sta pe ganduri, inscrie-te la cluburi, aboneaza-te la reviste de specialitate si la forum-uri. Daca inca nu ai descoperit ce te-ar putea pasiona incearca cat mai multe lucruri. In general poti porni de la visele pe care le ai in clipele de reverie � oare vroiai sa bati Romania cu bicicleta? Sa traiesti un an intr-o tara straina pentru a-i invata limba si cultura? Sa intelegi ce este atat de fascinant la piramide? Toate presupun efort si parca iti este greu sa te apuci fiindca vezi tot felul de piedici.
